I was running regularly and working out occasionally, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything changed when I began this program...just taking the fat burning food as the recommendations. After several weeks on the workout, I discover my waist has lost 2 sizes and the belly meat gets tight... this project has provide me new momentum for my body, and I am now working hard on the road to being the best shape in my life.
