I was sitting here, at my desk, thinking about what I am to do - TopicsExpress

I was sitting here, at my desk, thinking about what I am to do about the future and I thought about the video I have made for You Tube. I decided I may as well do a little about me post so people can have a brief description of who I really am and what I do. Well...Here it goes.... Hi, my name is Joshua A Stewart. I live the little town of Helidon situated just a short way-a-way from Toowoomba, Qld Australia. I am a ordinary individual who likes to believe in what is right for me. I don’t really tend to care what other people think, imagine or even what they like to do, just as long as it makes them happy about themselves. I was born in Brisbane and have lived in the “sunshine state” of Queensland my entire life. I can remember living around the Brisbane area for a while and my earliest memory I have is the time I was standing in the backyard of the house my family and I lived in at the time. My father had spotted a snake and as a kid it looked HUGE, and as a kid I thought my dad was the bravest man ever. He killed it and let me hold the decapitated remains of it (Gotta admit now that it was bloody fricken fantastic). When I was around the age of 4 or 5 my mother and father built a house in Plainlands which is about a 2 hour drive from Brisbane. It was a fantastic house. I have a lot of memories left back there of my 2 sisters and I climbing the surrounding hills, walking through the cactus filled bush with these weird berries hanging from the plants and swimming in a large mud filled dam, which also a short walk from the house. I remember a bull my sisters and I used to tease and then when it charged we ran to the gate it was locked behind and climbed it as fast as we could to the other side. We moved from that place when I was around 6 or 7 years of age and went to forest hill. Eventually my parents separated and My mother, my sisters and I moved again to Lakes Drive where we lived there for about a year. My first encounter with gaming was at that place. I got my first ever video game console which was the glorious Nintendo Gamecube and I still have it today. After about a year living there my mum met a man from Helidon, Queensland (where I live today). We moved here after my mother and soon to be step-father new each other quite well. I started going to the local school in 2006. I finished there in 2008 and the year after The Gatton High School was where my adventures really began. This was the place where I would meet my great group of friends that I still have today and where my gaming would be taken to a whole new level. I was a quiet kid when I wasn’t at school because yes, I really loved school that much and my liking of school wasn’t just to do with the learning. At school I would be told to be quiet by the teachers and even then, I didn’t shut up. At home I just sat in my room waiting for the next day of school where I would see my friends. In year 10 I started to realise who my real friends were. So I was introduced to a group of guys that would be known to me as the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life. We were a pretty large group who had a liking for video games and technology. We had nights where would all go to one friends house and just hang out playing different games and challenging each other while sharing deep and meaningful conversations therefore deepening the relationship of every member of the group. Now you can see where my love of going to school came from. During years 11 and 12 we had more people introduced to the group and they were welcomed with honour. After graduating high school in 2013 we were out in the big open world. At the start of 2014 I got my first job working at a Tomato farm for two weeks and then I moved on to a beef processing plant. In June I got my license and that gave me the chance to visit my friends even more. We still have contact with each other but not as much as those good old times in High School. That brings me to the 13th of July 2014 where I am writing this... I am sorry if it is a bit long and not really well written but it was worth it. If you have read down to here I sincerely thank you and I hope this has given you a bit of an insight about who I am. STAY HAPPY PEOPLE AND REMEMBER THAT LIFE IS WORTH LIVING
