I was so surprised and just happened to come across and found this very beautiful art work here on facebook of Skagway, Alaska. And I just was here not too long ago at Skagway in Alaska for shore excursions with my parents and some friends and we did this “white pass” train ride for 3.5 hours round trips climbs from tidewater at Skagway to the summit of the White Pass – a 2,865 foot elevation. Fully narrated, this tour features two tunnels, sky-high trestles, cascading waterfalls, historic sites and spectacular scenery! And also during the train there’s someone explained to you about the history and etc., and I was very glad that I got to go on this cool train ride!:) White Pass employee Ryan Matthews made this fabulous art work in pastels featuring Rotary Snow Plow #1 and Engines 69 and 73 going over the old Steel Cantilever Bridge.
