I was sorry things were so dim on Thursday for Ben and Senese Gibson Duhart and their familys tourist visits out here... their day out, was pretty much clear. Today, marine layer again. Oh well, this is the bay area. Had my main training for a friends kidney dialysis. Seeing a friends blood flowing through tubes is rather surreal. We were doing full blood pathogen protocols, and there is a lot for me deal with as an adjunct (my friends partner is the primary, I had my training today for when hes going to be out of town in a couple of weeks, and Ill be the auxiliary. Given my friend is an AIDS survivor, we have to do all the blood pathogen protocols, so dealing with all the tubes and sera is a challenge, but I was trained in ERT. But, it is hard to see a good part of the blood of a friend outside his body.
