I was studying a Golden Rule today and I decided to use Fibonacci famous numbers for kettlebell workout. As it was long cycle day there was a lot of swings, cleans, bumps and jerks. Original plan has evolved during the class into 4 workout of different intensity. For example the easiest round start with 1x LC, and then 2x jerks, 3x bumps, 5x jerk and 8x swings. On the other hand, the hardest one starts with 1x swing, 2x clean, 3x bump, 5x jerk and 8x (sic!) LC. Do 1 round, 1 min break, 2 rounds one after another, 1 min break, then 3 rounds, 5, 8, 13 and so on... Give it go!
