I was supposed to run to start my training schedule off today, but I didnt want to run, I wanted to ride.... So, I compromised and did a brick! Now Im also finished with my first training ride of the 2015 season. Kept it short with only 8mi because I wanted to get a run in also. So heres the tally and its not as bad as I thought it would be having been off for the past 2.5mo. BIKE Total time: 00:29:08 Avg Spd: 17.5 Max Spd: 27.0 Avg Cad: 67 Max Cad: 101 Avg HR: 149 Max HR: 176 RUN Total Distance: 4.43mi Total Time: 00:47:36 Avg Pace: 10:44 Best Pace: 07:16 Avg HR: 169 Max HR: 193 (!!) Elev gain: 300
