I was surprised by the number of people who called, whatzapped and messaged me saying that they did not know that I did non fondant cakes. And when I heard the same from my close friend, Aarati, I knew there was a communication issue here. To set the record straight, we do several non fondant cakes a day and cakes in flavors such as banana toffee, salted caramel, chocolate with pistachios, Candied orange, Blue/Red velvet with cream cheese etc etc. Our most popular flavour still remains our signature Belgian chocolate ganache and we lose count of the number of non fondant cakes we churn out every day for our corporate and personal clients. So here are cakes we did today WITH NO FONDANT. My hands are itching to post pictures of the beautiful fondant cakes we did the past few days, including today, but I really have to set the record straight!
