I was taking a lot of breaks this morning. This workout was tiring!!! I had to slow my pace down and take a 5 second breather after about 8 minutes. But I finished. I kept going. Took breaks. Kept going until it was over. Thats the point! Get set up with a program or workout schedule that challenges you, but that you can MAINTAIN! If thats 30 mins, 3 days a week! Thats a great start! Finding something hard but maintainable is huge and so so important. One of the questions I ask people who want my help is How much time can you realistically spend exercising and how many days per week? That answer is absolutely important when figuring out whats best for you! Dont expect to go from zero to hero overnight! It takes time, consistency, patience, and hard work. But it will happen if you stick to it! Find something you can maintain long term. Not 2 weeks or a month. But long term. Same goes with eating! Small changes, a little at a time are so much better than quick fixes that dont last!
