I was talking about Youth For Palestine - Netherlands a few days ago, and some friends were a bit confused why I wasnt fair, by not mentioning names of great effort makers, without wich YFP had NO WAY getting where it is right now. I guess they are right. You might not know them, but their golden names must honor my wall: Ayse, Sultan, Karim, Jasmin, Acia, Houda, Inass, Umut, Mona, Gulash, Emine, Fadoua, Albert, Ehaab, Donya, Omar, Amina, Sawsan, Lyza, Besma, Rabab, and the list is so long, please forgive me if I have forgotten names, I am sure I have. While I am here in Romania, busy with my personal issues, they have been working night and day to make it all happen. They even paid money from their own pockets, like Umut, who has taken responsibility to print 1000 A4 BDS flyers at his expense, and he hasnt been the only generous member, of course. Mona is the one to thank with all my heart for raising all those donations through her bright project and incredible talent. A million thanks to the friends who have worked, tirelessly, on organizing the weekly YFP protests, from which some are unfortunately no longer among us, but their enormous contribution shall never be denied or forgotten. I thank everyone for their kindness with me, I could never repay a bit from all that.
