I was talking to my cousin and made a pretty bold statement today, which was simply, Sometimes I wish I never went to college. Now Im not anti-education, but knowing what I know now, I wouldve taken the time I invested in college and went hard on the whole entrepreneurship tip and invested more in informal education. ...and I wouldnt have these student loans to repay either, lol. So my cousin shared a conversation she had with a friend whos an attorney...Her friend who went to law school, took and passed the bar exam and is currently an attorney with cases and clients, said she still lives paycheck to paycheck and has a huge student loan debt to repay so her feelings on college are mixed. Crazy, right? We came to the conclusion that regardless of what you do, you have to market properly and get clients. People say they dont want to sell anything. Ask Beyonce how she feels about sales...or Jay Z...or Donald Trump...or the CEO that owns the company you work for. Without sales and marketing there is no income. Point. Blank. Period.
