I was talking with a friend at the gym tonight. She has done an amazing job dropping 30 pounds and is planning on dropping another 30. She looks great but she still has a goal to go after and wants to reach what she set out to do. We were talking about some of the things that she is eating, which for the most part is really good. But there are little things that could make the difference. Things like making your own salad dressing instead of buying it from the store. Or eating raw nuts and staying away from the prepackaged nuts that have added corn syrup and crap like that. Some of these little things could make the difference between eating good and great. Read your labels and dont settle for junk.
