I was tired so decided to go to bed early--like 9:00 early!! laid down and couldnt sleep so watched the last part of Grease(love that movie)! Turned off the TV but could not turn off my mind, so here I am awake and feeling a little sad. I have had a busy few days, I am getting ready to go away for the weekend with Debbie to a card making/ scrapbooking retreat--yes there are those of us crazy enough to go on a retreat to craft with other crazies like ourselves! I am looking forward to it but also feeling like I want to just stay home and be! I need to move on and I am not one to sit and dwell--well maybe once in awhile a little bit--but not for long. I have prepared the things I need to make our thank you cards for the wonderful people who remembered Dales life with gifts of food, flowers and money--I will be making 80 cards this weekend and I am still getting cards in the mail. That 80 does not include the many cards we received with only words of love, encouragement and thoughts and prayers! It just amazes me the number of people who have taken the time to remember Dale! It is such a wonderful tribute to the loving, giving man he was! We are so blessed! Thank you all for your support before and ongoing! It means so much to all of us!
