I was told once...you know your irreplaceable when you can dip your hand in a pale of water and if there is a gap where your hand was then in fact you are irreplaceable! 😢 However I believe firmly that each person in any position acquires knowledge about that position that would benefit greatly anyone trying to accomplish the same task.😎 Sadly, however often times people that tend to live with a mindset of scarcity (verses abundance) sadly often desires to prove they are irreplaceable thus putting no effort into making sure the next person has an easier pathway to figuring out their job or performing the task. This is also where Parelli the system teaches a win win philosophy which throws us predators into a spin!😨 We can no longer blame the horse for doing it wrong because we learn that horse did what we ask!😯 We just didnt understand the language well enough to use psychology rather than just trying to make the horse do it (which causes that horse to respond like a bad horse(scared prey animal response to a predator acting like a well trained skilled predator.)). Win win...that is tough. Our entire society is focused on winners or losers😩. Pat Parelli has a concept he uses where in competition rather any one person winning it would be possible for multiple people to win. For example here is a sample of the concept....you get a score of 99 and another gets 99 you both get that award. If a person gets 89 and another gets 89 they would get the next lower level award. This creates a win win...you are competing with yourself!☺😊😀😁 I have come to realize the more you empower others(sharing knowledge, skills, wisdom etc.) you become stronger😎 not weaker!💃
