I was told the other day while ministering to a woman, that i was insensitive. Lol As ministers of the gospel, we need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and have discernment. When we walk in such a high calling as leaders, i believe we need to know when to pull back, and give the floor up to whoever the Lord is speaking to. The Holy Spirit gives us uderance! If the Holy Spirit wants or gives specific words, orders or direction, we MUST!!! Obey Him, no matter if what the Holy Spirit is about to do, is against our norms. Because God reaches people differently. Love is key, yes while ministering, but sometimes more than others, God reveals to me the persons strongholds, insecurities, sins, and heart. I know before i minister to someone how much they can take or cant take. I will be the first person to admit if i am wrong. But when under the unction (POWER) of the HOLY GHOST i am completely submited. I wont even minister or pray for certain people. Sometime people trip out when i just sit back and dont move. Its because im not ordered or led. Thats why i will just sit there, and pray in tongues, and pray God uses whoever im ministering with. We mustnt be quick to speak or lend a helping hand while ministering just because we FEEL its time or from God. Sometimes God will use the person you never thought he would use to minister to that person. Just because weve been in ministry for 20, 30, 40 or even 50 years doesnt necessarily mean you have more wisdom, knowledge or wherever. Like i said God uses everyone differently. What matters is, are you in the HOLY SPIRIT 100percent. Ive learned over the years when to keep my mouth shut, and when to open it. We are there to be used. THATS IT. Its not our show. Its Gods!!! Respecting our brothers and not crossing boundaries is important, for a healthy ministry people. Anyways, this post, im hoping touches and speaks to many of us. I just wana be used. If the Holy Spirit is wanting me to tell someone, that they need to appreciate what we have, instead of focusing on what we dont have, and to stop feeling sorry for yourself, and that you need to choose. The road to Salvation or the lake of fire, then thats what im gonna say. Lol Too many people hear, Jesus loves you!!! Some people need to hear there gonna burn if they dont turn. REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND!!! LOVE TY
