I was upset a bit when the Shuttle for New York City arrived and Leonard Nimoy gave a short two minute or so speech that was not broadcast by the media, instead a reporter went on and on. I was interested to hear from him, as the actor Milo OShea in Barbarella and a film version from around the same time of the novel Ulysses from James Joyce, in his dream Leopold Bloom gives the salute or gesture we would also come to know as the Vulcan wish that we LLAP Live long and prosper. James Joyce, the author also owned one of the first movie theaters in Dublin, Ireland in the film he had had a dream as the Jewish mayor of Dublin.
