I was walking along the road from home this morning, when a local resident reversed out of his driveway ,nearly knocking me down, I am severely sight impaired and carry a white cane. The chaps reaction was ,sorry Dave I did not see you! Why these clowns drive in and reverse out I cannot imagine! They are not driving with due care and consideration for other road users. Motorists are constantly speeding, parking on pavements and committing various traffic offences but are seldom prosecuted ! We seldom see a policeman any more on our local roads.Result traffic laws are largely ignored.
