I wasnt going to comment on it. Been holding back a couple days just stewing in grief. Its not like I new the man personally or even thought of him daily. He was my comedian though. He was comedic royalty to me and my generation. He was always there and I could always count on him. My first memory of him besides Mork and Mindy was the World according to Garp. There are a few things that bring to me memories and happiness of a time nostalgic full of love, hope, youth, and optimism; my family, the Beatles, peanut butter, maplewood missouri, old friends, trips to ted drews, baseball, and Robin Williams. To compound on all the sadness in our society today, the fact that a man so beloved by millions for generations could be over looked in his pain and utter dispair. Im sickened. He was a gift to all of us, a genius, an icon. There will never be another like him. We screws up letting him go. Hope a lesson was learned about the power of his illness. Robin Williams was a great man for many reasons and I for one will miss him greatly. Sorry if i brought anyone down. Just my way to deal. Life goes on...
