I wasnt going to say anything for a couple more weeks, but Im just too excited... I met with a personal stylist today (a friend of a friend) and shes helping me figure out what styles flatter me, consolidate my wardrobe, and fill in any holes with mix-and-match pieces to (hopefully) make everything in my closet work together! Were going shopping next week and I think this is the very first time Ive ever been excited to shop (also probably the first time Ive been clothes shopping for myself in about 2 years). Seriously, I can not wait to share all the details (and my new clothes) in an upcoming blog post. Oh, and in case you think this sounds like a ridiculous splurge (dont worry, I did too) her rates are totally reasonable and within 10 minutes of looking in my closet, she already had me eagerly tossing items Ive never really loved (yes me... the organized one!) Ive been telling Dave I just want to trash my whole wardrobe and start over from scratch, but Jessica insists that with just a handful of pieces, she can make much of what I already have look new and fresh again. Cheers for doing something for ME!
