I watched Lone Survivor yesterday. Firstly, Im going to admit that I didnt think that I would like it a lot. I thought it would be just another war movie, or rescue mission, with the American savior involved. I was pleasantly surprised. Blown away even. The audience at the theater was completely riveted. We were in sync with our gasps, screams, and want for the main characters to succeed. I commend the cinematographer and the make-up artist especially. Mark Wahlberg did a good job, but I thought his co-stars [Ben Foster, Emile Hirsch, Taylor Kitsch, Eric Bana, and Ali Suliman] did better jobs. The We Can Be Heroes playing eerily before the end credits solidified my absolute love for this film. I highly recommend it. 8.7/10!
