I watched Selma yesterday and I absolutely enjoyed the movie. Watching only a small piece of history has made me very appreciative of those who paved the way for me to do what I do today. Dr. Martin Luther King fought for something bigger than himself. I dont ever want to waste my vote by not voting and not educating myself about the country I live in. If Im not willing to exercise my rights I should not blame anyone about how my country operates and not blame myself. Questions I asked myself -Is there something you are willing to fight for? -Is there a change you want to see? -Are you part of the solution or part of the problem? -Are you lifting and encouraging others? -Is there something that you believe in that is bigger than yourself? -Are you are willing to not compromise your morals and values, cut a back door deals, or even settle to see that vision/dream come true? -Are you willing to support/partner with others to help? -Are you willing to share your knowledge, experiences, and resources? My answer is YES! Whats your answer?
