I watched this video because Im open minded. I listen to people. Hear them out. And I actually thought there would be something more profound in it. But as a person who believes neither the bibles theory nor the theory of evolution, it was slightly interesting (for lack of a better word) that he speaks so assuredly of his beliefs (opinions he refuses to reconsider) against the beliefs of evolutionists when his points used to discredit them are the same points they could use to discredit him. As Im listening to what he says they do, I hear him do the same thing. The level of faith both require is the same. Both are grasping at the same straw. Yet attempting to discredit the other in their grasping. Its assenine to me. He talks about the theory of evolution being one mans theory but what is the theory of creation he speaks of in genesis.....one mans theory of creation and what god said! Somebody wrote that theory just as someone wrote the theory of evolution. And when he gives his opinion merit over anothers based on experience and feeling his god, as if thats evidence when thats the biggest variable of all because experience is subjective to beliefs. Hence placebo effects and the fact that anything you believe will demonstrate evidence of itself. This is why every person feels and experiences their beliefs. People believe in astrology and get daily divine instructions from the cosmos that will speak directly to their lives producing mass evidence of its authenticity. Not talking mere horoscopes either! You can practice astrology and itll sound like god after a while its so clear and precise yet you could be atheist! People believe in voodoo and get evidence it works and is real. No matter what you believe it will prove itself because consciousness is so powerful it CREATES worlds! All beliefs stem from partial truths of a massive consciousness that cannot be contained in neither religion nor science because they are equally a part of the massive consciousness people continue to attempt to understand while the people who understand it in its near totality just use it to control and capitalize on everybody grasping for ONE straw to explain it all while discarding the straw next to it. This man is equally in error as the scientists he speaks of. Instead of bashing each other in ignorance they should sit down and talk because between the two of them theyre onto something! But apart from each other they sound equally crazy to me!
