I weighed in today at 198.2 following my training, which is about 45 lbs down from about 1 1/2 yrs ago. ( I think I could have hit the 197s if I would have dried all the sweat off of me ) and this was after eating cheesesteaks, Italian Subs, pizza and a Sonic breakfast bagel during the last week. Here is my post workout omelet on bread (eggs, chipped ham, pepperoni, shredded cheese, and mayo) which was served with a side of Diffenbachs ripple chips and a glass of chocolate milk. Wendy Kerschner maybe you want me as your nutritionist.
