I went for my run tonight and brought Talan with me because he wanted to go, and i figure i should encourage the healthy habits young, besides he says he wants to play soccer this year again and thats a sport thats nonstop running so better to stay prepared. It was really fun running with him and i let him run through ppls sprinkler systems that were next to the road or sidewalk so he stayed cool and we got some alone time, just me and him, and Talan REALLY REALLY values that as do I with each of my kids. The only negative was getting home to see that im only down four pounds so far, which lets be real is probably all water weight at this rate ill be meeting all peters fam and friend when we visit chicago as a fatass, poor peter lol.
