I went into the bank today, withdraw all my money. Told them I wanted to close out my business account. Then asked to speak with the branch manager. I talked to a young lady, I mean the lady was so nice, professional and just had a beautiful spirit. She made my issues her concern. It wasnt about her defending the bank or downing the bank. It was about providing quality service. She escorted me to the teller and I re-deposited my money right back into that account. Now you talking about a awesome job. I am not a persons that is easy to convince once my mind is made up. She did it without even trying. As a matter of fact, she was the one that was going to close the account out for me since the teller could only give me the money. I even deposited more than I withdrew.
