I went out in my normal ritual of stocking up on some items around this week of the year. Without any details, people are in competition mode. I got to share nutrition with some people, and share manners with others. The parking lots are the really crazy places. You can be in a survival situation just making from your vehicle to the store and back. Be careful my friends. Please look out for the elderly and all others. You just dont know who is on the verge of snapping or taking their own life at this time of year. If you find yourself feeling alone. lost, or overwhelmed, please feel safe and free to message me. Many have before. I hope I helped them. Helping others helps me actually. Having purpose especially this time of year is a necessity for me. Please remember what my Vietnam Veteran friend and mentor of mine told me some years back, The mind can be like a bad neighborhood....dont go there alone. This alone saved my butt many years ago and put me on a path to open up to others. You can too, and survive this time of year, that can be stressful, full of unrealistic expectations, and down-right confusing as all hell. You are not alone, and I understand about survival through this time of the year...
