I went through a really hard time when in school. When Lasheen Mannayath has seen Reshma Jaffer..and became this whole new person. She was tough competition for me. I could not. .simply not accommodate another lady between me and him. Seeing her picture at home was so hard. I cried for days at night. Then..shabeel would come by and ask me whats wrong. And I would say buzz off!! He spent long hours on international calls..and I spent those hours crying. And then...once the marriage happened..I had no intention of getting close to her. Just wanted to get along...since it was required. And then as we started living together. .moved in to a bigger house. .slowly I let her in. Her sense of humor was obviously amazing...but the timing was commendable. I followed him him around like a puppy. ..adoring his words and practical ly everything!! And slowly we started having real fun at home. There is this story..of bhabi wanting to have fun..and held a frozen tomato..on shabeels head while he was sleeping. Shabeel in those days were untamed. .he woke up..almost thrashed it on to her..and her fair face became blue...lol. was sight to watch. Bhabi and I used to plan birthday surprises for him. Once we did about 200 candles..he walked in..and said. ..oh its warm in here. ..and got ao mad. But bhabi said. .he compensate d..lol. He raved about her being the best cook...once he wrote about her on the food forum....and tolde let it remain a mystery. So many people asked me..who it was! He would just call and laugh..enjoying that restless ness in people. Eventually I found a friend in her...and today I am complete with her. She brought grace and style in to our family...we so needed it!!!and now to have mishka and rusty. ..is like him living through them....mishka told me today..Shameem ammai we cried it out now lets celebrate him....and I almost feel like he is telling me..Shameem Grow up..move on. I was that spot in his heart that could melt when he sees me in trouble. He instant ly rescued is from wherever. .whatever. ..lashiaka. .......is not gone ..he is always around us..mishka tells me...but I feel those are lasheens words to me thru her... Bhabi. ....you are one of the most amazing things that happened to me..and you are doing auch a fine job with the kids. When michelle and russell hug me...I feel you. You will get through this...I know.
