I went to Auto Zone on 56th by Georgetown, to buy leather cleaner and while there decided to buy a new air filter. The man told me I may need a frame too. I asked if he could look at my current one and tell me if my current frame was in good condition or needed replaced too. Will you believe this man called for another man to help me AND then said Help her shes speaking chinese! I was sooo mad but had my kids with me. I went back in shortly after and told him You didnt have to be a rude asshole. Imagine if your wife or your daughter was insulted the same way you just did to me. I wasnt speaking chinese you just didnt want to help me. I said this in front of two customers and his two co-workers. His response was i get it..hope for his sake he did but I was hurt, appalled and mad. #i will call you out.# why work in customer service if you cant be respectful and polite #if you dont like your job then quit.
