I went to Concord Church in Dallas, which is about 10 minutes from my home. My home church is across town in South Dallas (Fair Park Area) and I live in Southwest Dallas by Southwest Mall (old redbird mall) near Duncanville. So it is about 1 1/2 hour away (bus, light rail, bus). I was amazed at two things at church. The children choir was awesome! It was about 80 children that came to praise the Lord. They done the praise part and prayers. And when I say children, we are talking about many 6,7, and 8 years old. The second was a couple that was sitting in a row in front of me. They had a 2 years old daughter that was fascinated by something about me. After service, I introduced myself to the family of three. After observation of the child I gave the couple two options. First option was the child need a sibling. Second option was if not another sibling, then cousins. They took the second option. Pastor Bryan Carter sermon was Divorce & Remarriage (Matthew 5:31-32). Divorce wasnt a commandment from God but He permits divorce.
