I went to Flos Burgers for the first time for lunch last Friday. The food was fantastic. I could go on all day about that, but you should just go find out for yourself. What I really want to talk about is their customer service, which is unparalleled. Im not exaggerating people, they were amazing. Like I said, I went during lunch so it was quite busy (which I fully expected). Before I ordered, the man at the counter told me that my order would probably take around 25 minutes. I thought that was a nice gesture because many people only have a 30 minute lunch break. I had three of my children with me, and at first everyone was happy. Then my two year old daughter threw a fit like I have never experienced. It was so bad that I had to take her outside. She didnt calm down so I knew I was going to have to take our food home. I was so embarrassed. One of the ladies came from behind the counter to help me. She helped calm my baby down, and insisted that we stay and finish our meal. She fed the baby candy and talked to her. It was very sweet and thoughtful. The other lady behind the counter also came to our table and had only kind words. They really went above and beyond. So...if you havent been to Flos, please consider going soon. Great food and great people! I guess I should also issue a public apology. :) So sorry to everyone for my little girls fussiness. It turns out that she had a tooth break through at the restaurant.
