I went to JCP to buy a shirt. I needed a 3XL. All I could find for a man was small and medium and a few large and XL. How many men wear small and large compared to 2 and 3 XL? Four employees standing around shooting the breeze. I had to interrupt there breeze shooting just for them to tell me that did not have any 3XL. I hit three other places in the Mall--no one wants to help. I go to Beals. I am met almost as soon as I walk in. I tell the lady I need a 3XL shirt in purple. She tells me to go (points) and see Mike. As soon as I get into the department, Mike approaches me and asked if he can help me. I need a 3XL purple shirt. In about five minutes I had a shirt. I paid $60 for it, but it did not matter, I received the customer service I deserved. It is all about Customer Service and JCP does not have it. I set up retail store in Iraq. We had a lot of obstacles to overcome but we did. We provided great customer service to the military and their contractors. I could probably save JCP if given the chance.
