I went to McDonalds this morning to show them the nasty cup and they did nothing but apologize and give me a business card worth a free value meal (really?). I am not sure what I expected, but I wasnt satisfied. So I asked for the owners phone number. He apparently lives in NY (all the more reason to shop local) and his immediate reaction was to blame his supplier. Both he and the manager in the store were nice people, but is nice enough? I am not sure what I expect them to do but I dont get the feeling they were nearly as disgusted as I was! I am thinking about having it tested, seriously!
