I went to Riverview Park this morning with the kiddo and a friend that lives in the east end. I was touting how awesome and beautiful the park is. I was really disappointed! The ground everywhere was covered in cigarette butts! It was a mess, there was what looked liked balloon pieces all over the splashpark as if someone had a water balloon fight. Dog poop in the grass near the splashpark.. I was embarrassed! She had commented that if this park was in the east end, it would be spotless and taken care of. But not here! sigh Who do you contact to complain?
