I went to court. I was being sued by a credit card debt recovery company. I went to highschool with the judge; it was two blocks from my house. The atty for the law firm actually showed up. He sat and ask the people if they were there for his cases. He didnt ask me ,but it was Portfolio Recovery. He stepped out to get all of the documents from the court clerk ,and then got on his cell phone right outside the court room. At 3:13 judge Jerry walked in said Portfolio vs James, approach the bench.I did,Gerald said,hes not here, correct? I repliedno.Some lady said hes outside on the cell phone.I said thank you your honor, have a good day and left. I tried to stall him as long as I could and I think I got two more peoples cases dismissed. I was asking him where hes from how do you like this weather and then finally he ran in the courtroom!!!lmao Dont mess with Mr James in Garland.!! I will proceed with more caution from now on.Im glad there was a break for the poor widowed mothers son.Im heading east, thank you judge!! Thats Masonic messages by the way. Again, thank you judge Gerald.I bet that lawyer crap his pants when he realized I just walked out!!
