I went to pull out the couch to go to sleep tonight and by the light of the tv I noticed a cord in the way of where the bed would be. As I went to move it, the cord moved out of my hand, which is odd for cords. I quickly utilized my trusty smaryphones flashlight and was graced with the tail of the large rattlesnake I have cornered in the attached pictures. So thats how my nights going. (Water bottle cap for scale). Update: animal control man came and judged me for having a messy living room, and then grabbed the snake and took it outside. While explaining to me the habitats of water moccasins, the snake wriggled loose and absconded into the night, hopefully to never be seen again.
