I went to the Best Buy Location today in Terre Haute in search of a wireless network card. I passed employee after employee, none of which offered any help or any acknowledgment. There was also a group of employees walking the store with a manager, presumably discussing a future reset. Three employees behind the service desk looked at me and said nothing. The young lady working in the laptop area was crouched down behind a register carrying on a conversation on her personal cellphone. After walking all of the aisles on the south side of the building four times over the span of twenty minutes without any help from a manager or an employee I left. I can understand lack of customer service when the store is packed, but when you have 4 employees to every customer in the store there should be no excuse.
