I went to the apartments today campaigning and I havent been there in a long time. If I get in for council or even if I dont, we need to make sure that there are no children raised in there. It should be used for single people... even three single people for the larger apartments, who apply together, but our kids need to be a priority. We should phase out any families with kids from the apartment. Plus, invest back into apartments to make them safe and clean. Better lighting, paint and security doors and flooring. Elders shouldnt be there either unless of course, like Imelda Brooks, who is an important part of her neighbourhood there and loves being there. We just need to take care of our housing in our community. In my flyer, I talk about housing models where we can actually improve community housing.
