I went to the cabin to cut the last of the lumber needed to finish - TopicsExpress

I went to the cabin to cut the last of the lumber needed to finish my new ceilings due to the ice damage I had this year.. Almost done...tomorrow should do it.. Like the falcons returning each year, so do my little buddies at the cabin. This guy was at the end of my driveway trying to cross the road.. He needed a little assistance so he didnt get run over by a vehicle.. He obliged.. He is called Crotalus horridus...more commonly known as the Timber Rattlesnake. This particular guy is the yellow phase Timber rattler.. His brother is the dark phase...which has much more black in his skin color.. He was about 4 feet in length and has 12 rattles at the end of his tail...nice specimen... Turn your volume up to hear him rattle at me.. https://picasaweb.google/109076435104059416289/6414Rattlesnake?authkey=Gv1sRgCJ3XxPe1kuGcfg#6021192324599697442
