I went to the doctor today for results from recent blood work. He told me that my results were great; my numbers in all the categories were where they needed to be. Then he said; I think you need to lose another ten pounds. I have lost 56 pounds over the last two years and have kept it off. I am afraid that losing another 10 would minimize my chiseled good looks and other masculine features.. So, for those who have recently seen me, should I lose another ten pounds?
