I went to the dr. last week and got to see my x-rays...I have 2 rods and 8 screws from the L1 to the L5. The dr. said everything was healing very well and he was very pleased with my progress! I am also happy to report that I am walking on my own now!!! I only used the cane for a few days and I said to myself, I got this!!! I am doing pretty good at getting around. Hopefully not much longer and I will be back to normal. The dr. said I have to wear the brace 6 more weeks so I am on the countdown...only 5 more to go! Yay!!!!!!!
