I went to the hospital on Friday for a chest X-Ray down in the Radiology area. I saw a man while I was waiting to be x-rayed. This man was the same size I am..He was in a wheelchair with a purple foot..Scared me to death!!! I believe it was a sign from God!! Literally, the thought of millions dying of horrible diseases breaks my heart..Today marks the day where I turn over a new leaf! I will diet properly as much as I can with, listen to advice given when it comes to diet & excersize, and go to the YMCA as much as I can! Change is coming! ....A HUGE Thank you to my Mother in-law for all of her help and generous gifts! I am so very very grateful and blessed to have you in my life!
