I went to the mall at 5 to get a specific person a pair of boots, not for Christmas, but for now....because they need them. Three observations. 1) The crowds werent bad. But WHY do the anchor stores....like Macys, Dillards, Belk, NOT see the benefit of shopping carts? If they had enough for their customers to actually have a cart (this large store has only 20 and there werent any available) their revenues would certainly increase. The carts would pay for themselves in a day. Promise. My back hurts when Im carrying boots, coats, etc. it aint rocket science people. 2) Lady in the purse department that acted as if she owned the Kate Spade company when I asked if a Kate Spade purse could be found for $150. She looked at me like I was a poverty stricken alien. Lady, are you a trust fund woman that is disguising yourself as a retail employee in a department store to avoid the paparazzi and the gold diggers? Uh, no. Youre like the rest of us, you save for a year to buy a special gift for your peeps. Quit acting all rich and stuff to this girl, you aint. :) 3) I bought myself 4 shirts. I left with no gifts. My back hurts. My head spins. I hate not knowing what to buy. But, I will figure it out. I always do. 😜🎄😜🎄😜🎄
