I went up to Northern California not too long ago, to celebrate a friends wedding in Bodega Bay, and, along the way, I stopped in Sacramento. My sweet sweet sweet hosts there (two of whom were the lovely little girls Ive written about once or twice before; they hung out with #LarryTheLizard at California Spirit Festival...) took me to the County Fair, at which I had THIS happy moment. Soaring through the air is spectacular!... and, however simplistic it might seem, this type of thing is actually quite profound. For me, it shifts stuck energy, enabling SO much change in my cellular structure. I end up with a permanent smile on my face--which may just be from the wind blowing my cheeks back, but I think theres more to it than that... ;) Highly recommended, if you get a chance.
