I will NEVER EVER order from Target again in my life!! I have never dealt with such shitty (excuse my language) costumer service in my life!!!! A couple weeks ago, I ordered a baby swing and a couple cute clearance outfits, and well the outfits never showed up so after 4 phone calls of talking to foreigners that I couldnt understand I got a refund (the outfits were not available anymore) in the form of a e-gift card. So I got back online and found a couple different cute outfits to use the e-card on, oh but wait, in order to get free shipping you have to spend $50, so I found a couple other things to get me over the $50 mark and paid the difference. So today I get my order and one of the 3-piece outfits is missing the pants. I call target again and they inform me they will only partially refund me for outfit in the form of an e-card or I have to ship it back to them and they will send me out a new outfit when they get mine back!!! At this point, my blood was boiling and I asked to talk to a supervisor, which could only offer to have someone come to my home to pick it up, but still wont send out my replacement until they get this one back. So here I am, soon to have a baby, and the outfit I wanted to bring her home in, more than likely wont be here in time. SCREW YOU TARGET.COM!!! Thanks for the inconvenience and added stress to me and doing nothing extra to help me out!!!
