I will NOT let a customer SCAM me. UGH... I am so mad! :-( (One of the most time consuming orders ever. Probably over 60 emails back and forth with edits in design. Purchased a specific design for her. Made in a DAY bc she needed for a photo shoot - no extra rush fee. Did everything to make her happy. But no, she doesnt like the shade of navy used in THE BACK of the pillow... So I offered her 3 options. One of them sending the pillow back for a FULL refund (even both shipping). NOPE, she wants to KEEP the pillow, get the $$ refunded and me make her a new one.) May get my first negative review EVER. But I just cant say OK to that! oh well :-( Time to add yet MORE disclosures to my listings. This is nuts!
