I will NOT post an opinion. As a court reporter, I remain unbiased and will state facts: 1) Man A playing with toy gun from toy section in Walmart. 2) Man B calls cops, claims to be ex-Marine, says he and his family feel threatened (although MANY other customers there did not feel threatened). 3) Man A makes cell call to fiancé and she hears him gunned down, she and his parents hear him die, gasping for breath. Supposedly, cops said drop your weapon, but he was oblivious to what was going on because he was talking to his family and had his back turned to them. She heard him say dont shoot, then heard gunfire. 4) Man B admits he was lying about most of his story. He even lied about being an ex-Marine. So, will Walmart stop selling toy guns? Should the person who called it in be charged for lying? Should I be afraid to go Christmas shopping and get a gun or sword (another man that was shot down by cops) as a gift? This 22 year old father was an ONLY child and didnt point the toy/weapon and threaten anyone. He was simply shopping and talking on the cell phone. What is happening?
