I will admit- I laid in bed for an extra 5 minutes when my alarm went off at 6:15am. I kept coming up with excuses in my head of why I shouldnt go to spin class this morning. And then I remembered... I WANT results. I want a to sweat it out and feel amazing for the rest of the day. I want to push myself. I want to be the best version of myself. And most importantly I wanted to see Momma Moochs evil smile as she cranked up my resistance to level 10 haha If you WANT something bad enough you will make it happen. If you dont, you will make excuses. Are you still going hard after your 2015 goals? 6 days in and some might start to drop off. DONT be one of them. You are WORTH IT.
