I will admit, our fresh fish selection lately has not been as strong as Id like. A combination of a busier than expected tourist season, bad weather and tournament fishing has kept us from fulfilling our Wing and Fish Co fish gathering duties. And then....we totally redeem ourselves! Thats right, the ultimate table fare fish is coming back to the Wing & Fish Company starting tomorrow (Thursday). Golden Tilefish is back. If youve missed out on this fish in the past, Im sorry. This is truly the best tasting fish Ive ever had. Combine FRESH LOCAL hand caught golden tilefish with Chef Houses creative kitchen and now youve got something. We were able to get a pretty big load this time, so come enjoy the best our waters has to offer. These fish are very hard to get. Not only are they hard to catch but we have to go almost 100 miles offshore to find them. We try to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers but please understand these Golden Tiles are just a little more expensive than some of our other fresh fish. But, believe me, its worth it. You wont be disappointed.
