I will always have pride in knowing that BOTH my grandfathers and father served for a good cause - to assure the safety of others and to fight for freedom. Thankful I had the opportunity to meet so many interesting people throughout my life. I had the opportunity to live in so many awesome places. Although, I may not have had the opportunity to build a strong relationship or friendship with most but the bond will always remain between us. I always thought that after we moved I would never see those people ever again but believe it or not I have ran into more people than I can count over the years. Im sure I will continue to run into them and I love every second of it, such a small world!!! Its funny because when people ask … “where are you from? I usually answer with Im kinda from all over the place I get in my crazy cleaning moods and sometimes I can even bounce a quarter off my bed sheets haha Believe me, Ive tried ;) I can also talk to anyone and everyone from anywhere everywhere, I consider this an amazing gift! I never finish decorating because I always have a sense that I might be moving soon. I noticed on several occasions that Tom Cruise in the movie Top Gun goes outside in uniform without his hat and he has a non-reg haircut haha My accent often changes to fit in a new geographical location, even after I move I always have boxes that are always still packed. I correct others, that’s not a “gun” it’s a “rifle” or that’s not a “boat” it’s a “ship” and I can most definitely tell the difference between a Lt. Colonel and a Colonel …. Haha these unique traits make me uniquely ME and I wouldnt have it any other way. This nation will always remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave!
