I will be 45 in 30 minutes! Took all of my clothes off and faced the full length mirror, first, back a little, full body. Assessed the physical. Face is ok....not the 25 face, but then, I would never ever want to be 25 again. Didnt know much then...though it was a good year, got married that year. Boobs look pretty good considering 45 years of gravity and nursing 2 baby boys. Tummy..could use some work. Ass...exceptionally firm and beautiful for any age! Lol! Legs...look good,need toning. Overall...exercise needed but I loooove my body! Then got close in the mirror to see my eyes...saw a little sorrow, some fatigue but overall, fire and acceptance..for me and YOU... Feel great, but know I need to take a little better care. Mind is on point, spirit is growing. I give myself a round of applause for 45 and I am happy to have made it. Peace, Love and Good night ALL.
