I will be beginning my efforts to create the new EAA as a non-profit organization this week!! I am SOO excited about this!! Please let me know if you would like to be involved in the 501 (c) 3 process. Its long and arduous, but it will be worth it!! Parents and students need advocates! This is not for special needs students (there are plenty of advocacy groups for that group). This is for the every day student that needs someone to go to bat for them, needs help finding information, or whose parents need assistance, guidance or support in helping their student. Education in this group encompasses all age levels as well! If seniors need help, Id like to pair them with teens (say with technology), if moms need help, they can be paired with other moms, etc...This organization will be promoting Education For All, Altogether.
